The Life Cycle Model
The Banks Integration Group is committed to outstanding documentation, methodology, and processes. All projects begin with completion of a Project Quality Plan, which documents the approach taken on a project, defines the deliverables, assigns responsibility to each project tasks and ultimately aids in the successful completion of the project. Projects are executed following extensive in-house procedures derived from the GAMP 4 Life Cycle Development Model.
